If I could give no stars I would..

If I could give no stars I would... literally horrible with delivery times, I’ve waited an hour or more for an order with 4 or less items... i don’t get why with every order I’ve placed with Gopuff it’s always taken forever. I won’t order from here again.

Ordered at 9:13 and it said 20-30…

Ordered at 9:13 and it said 20-30 minutes. Time kept getting pushed back. It now says between 9:33 and 9:58...but it’s 10:32 and it’s still not here. I wanted a late night snack before bed...now I’m stuck up waiting for snacks I don’t even want anymore. First and last time using this company. I could have driven all the way to the store, bought my items, driven home, eaten them, and been asleep for 30 minutes in this time. I have no idea how this company is still in business.

Sorry but you’re user experience is sub par. Dude came to my house and rang my doorbell after I had very clearly stated in the instructions not to, and he said, “sorry I was playing with your cat.” Are you serious? Thank you for liking animals, cats in particular, but ringing my doorbell is not at how you should be trying to play my with my cats sir. Please leave and do not come back.

Placed an order and it took 5 hours to…

Placed an order and it took 5 hours to receive ... order didn’t come until I cancelled it but GoPuff made sure to have the driver constantly call and ring my bell after delivering .... gave order back to driver. Next time make sure I receive my order in a timely fashioned matter not 5 hours later. Thanks.

Completely unsatisfied

This company doesn’t even deserve the one star but there was no option for none. We called 3 separate times to cancel our order out of inconvenience of ETA but each time were talked out of doing so. Driver called and said he was 20 seconds from being outside the house so it wouldn’t be cancelled but drove off instead because they DID cancel our order. No courtesy of a call back saying our stuff wouldn’t be dropped off due to cancellation. Had my son and I outside for 5-7 minutes hoping we would have our items. Called customer service and nothing but an “I’ll talk to him and you’ll get a call back” complete and utter BS. Not professional at all, if you’re going to work in customer service at least act like you care.

Horrible delivery service first they…

Horrible delivery service first they took 2 hours to prepare my order I waited another 4 hours for my order that I never received, I called support they said the driver must’ve forgot to drop off my order. Ok after that every time I order my order gets cancelled Absolutely unprofessional!

Company doesn't do what they say

I just got off the phone with a girl who was very rude and hateful. She was nice at first. I had a very late order delivered to me several days ago. I called about it and I had the nicest customer service person ever. She gave me a $25 credit. I went to use it this evening and it was only $7. I called Customer Service because it wasn't showing up in my account. In the beginning, I was speaking with this girl that was very nice UNTIL I called her out about the $25 credit I was given. She had listened to the phone call. It's right there in the phone call where you can hear the girl gave me a $25 credit. This girl got snippy with me. I got hateful right back. She threatened something about me being unprofessional (I don't work there) so that was silly. I told her she needed to clean her ears out better because I know what was said on that call where the girl gave me $25. I ended up hanging up on her. A customer should not have to deal with someone like that. Earlier on the call, she was trying to get around that $25 credit. I did get a text and am going to retrieve it from my account if possible. Good thing I keep all my messages. I order from this company frequently. If this was my company I would never allow any customer to be treated as I was. Please copy and paste this on any feedback site about this company. There is other competition out there that will gladly take my money and if there is a problem most companies stand behind their word. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. I would hate for anyone else to deal with what I just dealt with. I know what credit I was told because it honestly surprised me. I had fixed dinner and waited over two hours for that delivery. I ordered something to go with dinner. Taking over 2 hours is ridiculous. Supposedly there was bad weather. It wasn't that bad because my 80-year old mother and been out driving that evening. I wish companies taught their employees better customer service because this girl shouldn't have a job after talking to me the way she did. This is definitely not a stand-up company. I will be sharing this review everywhere possible.

Terrible

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Company! There so called “fast shipping” is a complete lie, they deactivate people’s accounts when they want to use their referral code earnings, and they’re customer service is just MAD. They say that they’ll get back to you for weeks and weeks but always blow you off, and then eventually block you! Never again will I, or my family use this company EVER AGAIN. Pathetic!

Product was not delivered, customer service unavailable

I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews. Unfortunately GoPuff customer service has not returned my phone calls so I have no other outlet.
I ordered a product at 9 PM. Graciously, they warned me that there are “slight delays.” Unfortunately, I haven’t heard from this company since placing my order over 3.5 hours ago.
They are 1.5 hours past the “expected delivery time,” have not updated the delivery status in 2.5 hours, ignored my phone calls, and do not give me an option to cancel the delivery.
Beware ordering from GoPuff - they’re happy to take your money and leave you hangin’ the dark.

I had to wait four hours got my items…

I had to wait four hours got my items and it was melted when I did get it! I was so upset. And then my items was left in front of some one else apartment at that! I will no longer use their services anymore

I ordered my stuff at 8:30 it’s 12:06…

I ordered my stuff at 8:30 it’s 12:06 and it said my stuff would be here by 10:26 and it still says prepped idk what’s going on but I can’t stay up all night waiting for y’all to bring my stuff .
